Textile Export Hub is engaged in the supply, sourcing, and export of premium-quality textiles for home furnishings and fashion textiles, catering to both domestic and international markets. Our offerings may include, but are not limited to, fabrics, finished textile products, custom developments, and sampling services.
2. Eligibility & Use of Services
* You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
* Our services are intended primarily for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
* You agree to use our services only for lawful commercial purposes.
3. Product Information & Specifications
* All product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, weights, and compositions are provided for reference purposes only.
* Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, raw material availability, dye lots, or screen/display differences.
* Samples, where provided, are indicative and may not represent exact bulk production unless specifically agreed in writing.
4. Orders & Confirmations
* All orders are subject to written confirmation by Textile Export Hub.
* Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), delivery timelines, and specifications must be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation.
* Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled without written consent from Textile Export Hub.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
* Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, insurance, or bank charges unless stated otherwise.
* Payment terms (advance payment, LC, TT, or other methods) will be defined in the proforma invoice or contract.
* Delayed payments may attract interest or result in suspension of further supplies.
6. Samples & Development
* Sample charges, if any, along with courier costs, are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
* Custom developments remain the intellectual property of Textile Export Hub unless contractually transferred.
* Approval of samples is mandatory before bulk production.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
* Delivery terms shall be governed by the agreed.
* Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to production schedules, logistics constraints, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
* Risk transfers to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms.
8. Inspection, Claims & Returns
* Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt.
* Any claims regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
* No returns or claims will be accepted without prior written approval.
9. Intellectual Property
* All content, including logos, brand names, designs, images, text, and marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Textile Export Hub.
* Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Confidentiality
* All commercial terms, pricing, samples, and communications shared are confidential.
* Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
* Textile Export Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
* Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the respective order.
12. Force Majeure
Textile Export Hub shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.
13. Compliance with Laws
* Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with local laws, regulations, and standards of the destination country.
* Textile Export Hub complies with applicable export regulations of India.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
* These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
* Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
15. Amendments
Textile Export Hub reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
